Carla Rudy



Carla Rudy’s film/TV puppetry credits include Team America: World Police, Shayna’s Place, Stool Pigeon, Agro & York, Hate… a comedy, and commercials for, Mattel, Kellogg’s, and Subaru.

Carla puppeteered with the musician Beck’s world tour, which included an appearance on Saturday Night Live. Other stage credits include the 2010 Pee-wee Herman Show, Bear in the Big Blue House Live, Adventure Time Live, and the original children’s puppet musical Dream Carver. Voiceover credits include Automation, Armed Forces Radio, and Nougat.

Carla was a scholarship recipient to the Puppeteers of America West Coast festival, where she was invited to participate in a scriptwriting workshop with Muppets head writer Jerry Juhl. She also earned a BFA in creative writing from Emerson College.

Carla was recently a participant in the Sesame Workshop. She performed improv puppetry with the Jim Henson Company’s Puppet Up, and currently studies with Impro Theatre.
