Justin Luther is an American actor and voice over artist born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His TV credits include roles on the Daytime Emmy Award winning show, ‘Days of Our Lives’ and the ABC drama ‘The Catch.’ Justin was cast as Officer Mullins on ‘The Young and the Restless’ and is the voice of Optimus Prime on ‘Transformers: War for Cybertron’ on Netflix.
