Andy Rocco Kraft is a Los Angeles based puppeteer, actor and comedy writer working in the US and abroad with companies such as Netflix, Disney Television Animation, NBC Universal, CBS and PBS. On stage, Andy has performed in dozens of productions including Mystery Science Theater 3000 live, Marionette and Bunraku puppetry at Panma Chiro Teatro in Tokyo, Japan and the award winning Open Eye Figure Theatre as a puppeteer, writer, director and creator. The first touring show he created for Open Eye, The Amazing Cowboat, was featured in American Theater Magazine and seen by over 50,000 adults and children. Andy has also worked as a puppetry consultant on multiple productions for the Minneapolis based Regional Tony Award winning Children’s Theater Company.
He has trained and performed sketch and improv on the stages of Second City Chicago, Upright Citizens Brigade LA and The Brave New Workshop Minneapolis, among others.
Andy’s greatest claim to fame is that he once took a photo with a tour bus group filled with thirty adoring fans only to later learn they all thought he was Josh Groban.
