Jane Carr

Jane Carr is an English actress. She first took to the stage at 14 and has been acting ever since. In her first film role she played Mary McGregor in the critically acclaimed The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie in 1969. In 1987 she moved to Los Angeles with the RSC’s tour of Nicholas Nickleby. In the United States, she has appeared on many TV shows including Dear John, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and How I Met Your Mother, voicing characters in Phineas and Ferb and The Fairly Oddparents, and performing on Broadway in Mary Poppins and the Tony award-winning A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder.
