His early years of doing award-winning radio usually forced Howard to create his own on-air support team. He developed not only an enormous stable of characters, but an incredible sense of comic timing. It all evolved into a successful voiceover career with Nickelodeon, Warner Bros., Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, and many theatrical shorts (including one Oscar nominee).
